How is God calling YOU to share your spiritual gifts in 2018?

Dec 15, 2017

God gives ALL his children spiritual gifts which are meant to be shared with others. Spiritual gifts are different than talents in that they are given from God directly as opposed to inherited or self-developed.

Need help discerning your spiritual gifts? We can help. Here are some questions to get you started and thinking about how God is calling you to share.

Do you enjoy social events and providing opportunities for fellowship? Do you love to entertain or make people feel comfortable? Check out our Hospitality ministries here (see links section)!

Do you feel closest to God while in Prayer? Do you feel called to participate in the celebration of the Mass? Do you want to share the gift of prayer with others (children, adults, church preparation)? Do you love to sing in church? Check out our Prayer ministries here (see links section)!

Do you feel energized by the rich history and traditions of our faith? Do you love to teach others? Are you passionate about helping others grow in knowledge of Jesus or Catholicism? Check out our Formation ministries here (see links section)!

Do you love to feed others? Are you a Martha?  Do you feel closest to God when you are helping someone else (food, clothing, shelter)? Check out our Service ministries here (see links section)!

Contact the Parish office if you have any questions or need guidance with these opportunities.
